St Mawes Beaches

St Mawes, Tavern and Summers Beaches, all situated in the historic fishing village of St Mawes.

 

Summers Beach

A sheltered, shingle beach popular with holiday makers and locals alike. There is a pontoon anchored off during the summer months ideal for swimming out to or for kayakers to take a break. There is a dog ban during the summer months.

 

 

Harbour Beach

Situated in the centre of the village it is convenient for shops, pubs & toilets, but is not accessible at high tide. Watch the boats coming and going whilst enjoying an ice cream or pasty from one of the many local shops. Dogs are welcome all year round.

 

 

Tavern Beach

Tavern beach is situated at the castle end of the village below Hotel Tresanton. There is a summer dog ban and a swimming pontoon.
