The tiny hamlet of Ruan Lanihorne is tucked away between the upper reaches of the rivers Fal and Ruan.

It’s a great starting point for walks exploring this part of the Fal Estuary.

It’s perfect for bird watching, particularly waders or waterfowl, or hopping in your kayak when the tide is right and getting out on the water.
