‘Ardevora’ is certainly ‘off the beaten track’ and resting on the upper reaches of the River Fal has stunning views and an abundance of bird and wildlife. Tucked away down a ¾ mile farm track ensures a peaceful and secluded location, however ‘Ardevora’ is still accessible to the myriad of attractions Cornwall has to offer.

Nearby is a great choice of quiet unspoilt beaches, spectacular coastal walks, pretty hamlets and villages and great local bird watching. A variety of sporting activities are available locally: golf; riding; watersports; cycling; to mention a few.

Nestled in the valley near to the creek, Ardevora Mill, which was once a working mill with water bought in by way of leats, is now our family home. The west wing has been converted into a one-bedroom cottage and the other two cottages are converted from barns. All three cottages offer a superb standard of accommodation and comfort and provide a wonderful year round holiday destination. Our cottages can sleep a total of 13 guests.

The two barns (Crowjy Ardevora & Ardevora an Gylen) sleep 5 and 4 respectively. These 2 barns have an internal connecting door, ideal for larger parties. They also have a large patio and garden with stunning views over the countryside.

The west wing (Ardevora Vean), sleeps 4 and has its own secluded courtyard garden.

All have underfloor heating, plenty of parking and a separate laundry.

Whether you decide to stay in spring, summer, autumn or winter, ‘Ardevora’ and the Roseland Peninsula is a fantastic location to relax, unwind and enjoy.
