On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with stairs leading off, a fully fitted kitchen, and at the front of the cottage is a light and airy lounge.
Upstairs consists of a large double bedroom, family bathroom, and spacious twin bedded room with fully fitted en-suite shower room. Having a paved rear garden in which to relax and enjoy a BBQ whilst taking in the delightful sea views.
At the front of the cottage, overlooking Tavern Beach, there is a further seating area which provides the perfect spot to soak up the sun whilst watching the world go by.
The cottage is located overlooking St Anthony light house and is within an easy stroll of the famous Tresanton Hotel, just yards away from Tavern Beach and the medieval castle of St Mawes.
St Mawes is an idyllic village on the Roseland Peninsula, within easy reach of the Cathedral City of Truro, the Eden Project, the National Maritime Museum, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and many other beautiful gardens. The harbour offers a passenger ferry to Falmouth and the coastal foot path is a few minutes walk towards the castle.
