A warm welcome is assured in this family owned and run 2 bedroomed cottage which offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with stairs leading off, a fully fitted kitchen, and at the front of the cottage is a light and airy lounge.
Upstairs consists of a large double bedroom, family bathroom, and spacious twin bedded room with fully fitted en-suite shower room. Having a paved rear garden in which to relax and enjoy a BBQ whilst taking in the delightful sea views. At the front of the cottage, overlooking Tavern Beach, there is a further seating area which provides the perfect spot to soak up the sun whilst watching the world go by.

The cottage is located overlooking St Anthony light house and is within an easy stroll of the famous Tresanton Hotel, just yards away from Tavern Beach and the medieval castle of St Mawes. St Mawes is an idyllic village on the Roseland Peninsula, within easy reach of the Cathedral City of Truro, the Eden Project, the National Maritime Museum, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and many other beautiful gardens. The harbour offers a passenger ferry to Falmouth and the coastal foot path is a few minutes walk towards the castle.

Road Directions

At Tregony take the A3078 following signs to St Mawes. (Approx 15 miles). On approaching St Mawes, after the concrete water tower turn right and follow the road past the castle and the Tresanton Hotel. Tom Thumb is situated 300yds on the left, overlooking the beach.
If approaching from The King Harry Ferry follow B3289 to St Just In Roseland, turn right onto A3078 signposted St Mawes (Approx 2 miles) and continue as above.
