A luxury self-contained serviced suite for two, available weekly or for short breaks (minimum 2 nights), with full breakfast items provided daily for guests to cook at a time that suits themselves. The accommodation comprises own patio with sea views, with table and chairs and barbeque for al fresco dining. Private parking for one car in Carrick Way. The accommodation is not suitable for pets.
Steps lead from guests' private parking space in Carrick Way down through the front garden to a separate entrance. The double French doors open into the lounge area with sea views, furnished with a 2-seater settee and matching armchair and with a flat screen tv with dvd/cd player incorporated, and an electric 'woodburning' style fire - leading to:
A fully-equipped kitchen/dining area with dining table and chairs, washer/dryer, fridge with freezing compartment, full electric cooker, microwave, one-and-a-half bowl sink with mixer taps, cream shaker-style kitchen units with ample storage. Digital radio, TV and music centre. with i-pod dock.
Sliding double doors lead from the lounge into a luxury double bedroom with sea views, and with a bed that can be either used as a super kingsize or separated as two 3ft single beds. The bedroom has a double rattan-style wardrobe with matching bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers, leading into a large en-suite shower room with wc, power shower and wash hand-basin with heated towel rail and an exterior window.
The suite is newly decorated and tastefully furnished to a high standard in a coastal style of duck egg blue and ivory.
There are radiators throughout for heating off-season, together with additional heaters in the lounge and bathroom for all year use. All electricity, linen, towels and tea-towels are included. There is an iron, ironing board, outside clothes airer and hairdryer provided. Beds have duvets and spare blankets are also available. The 3' single beds each have a double duvet and the king-size bed has a super-king duvet.
The accommodation is suitable either for a short stay, or for a longer stay of any duration.
Staples for the food cupboard are provided, e.g. sugar, tea, butter, biscuits, coffee, drinking chocolate, together with breakfast for two set out in the kitchen and fridge daily which will include: cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, free range eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, orange juice, milk, butter, low-fat spread, bread and home-made preserves.
TARIFF AND TERMS 2012: £100 - £110 per unit per night for 2 person's sharing ( including all breakfast items). Single room occupancy discount: £10 per night. A 20% deposit secures the booking, with balance payable 6 weeks prior to stay, or on arrival for bookings made at short notice. Nansavallan is not available to rent during December and January.
